Medical Aesthetician and Laser Specialist Stephanie Hein offers Aerolase Neo Elite Laser services at Glow Integrative Clinic in Oak Bay, BC. The Neo Elite is an aesthetic medical laser that enables treatment of all skin types and tones for a full range of skin conditions, including skin rejuvenation and tightening, hair reduction, acne, scarring, melasma, rosacea, spider veins, nail fungus, and more. Stephanie also offers laser hair removal, providing permanent hair reduction after 4–6 sessions for all skin types, with no pain or side effects.
About Laser Services
Medical Microneedling, or Collagen Induction Therapy, is a safe and effective medical grade skincare treatment. SkinPen microneedling activates the skin’s natural healing process by stimulating the body’s own production of collagen and elastin proteins to aid in in the treatment of acne scars, surgical scars, fine lines, and hyperpigmentation by creating micro-channels in your skin. Downtime is minimal and optimal results in 3-6 treatments about 4 weeks apart. Treatments are safe and effective throughout the summer months!
Both our medical aesthetician and registered acupuncturist offer SkinPen microneedling treatments. Please note that a portion of the appointment fee can be submitted to your extended health plan when paired with acupuncture treatments. Celluma LED light therapy is painless, non-invasive, and safe for all skin tones and types. By emitting specific wavelengths of light, the addition of light therapy adds deeply penetrating effects to the skin, including skin cell remodelling for fine line and wrinkles, acne, skin tone and texture, and inflammation. Celluma LED light therapy is available at Glow Integrative Clinic in Oak Bay, BC.
LED light therapy can be booked as a stand-alone treatment with our medical aesthetician, Stephanie Hein. LED light therapy can also be used in Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture treatments and added to microneedling appointments. Please note that a portion of the appointment fee with Rachel Mark, Carlene Harms, and Jessica Wyn Mosher can be submitted to your extended health plan.

She proudly graduated from the prestigious Blanche Macdonald Centre's Global Esthetics Program, where she honed her expertise in Medical Aesthetics. Stephanie’s extensive training includes proficiency with top-tier treatments such as Face Reality, Aerolase Medical Lasers, and Hydrafacial, among many others.
Her passion for skin health drives her to continuously stay abreast of the latest advancements in skincare, ensuring that she provides the most effective and up-to-date treatments for her clients.
When she's not busy enhancing her clients' skin, Stephanie cherishes her downtime. She finds joy in listening to music, exploring new destinations, taking long drives, and indulging in self-care Sundays. Additionally, she loves snuggling with her beloved cat, which adds a touch of tranquility to her busy life.
