    Rachel’s passion for health and wellness has been a lifelong journey, fuelled by her experiences as a competitive volleyball player and pre-professional dancer. Rachel strives to create a safe and supportive space for each person that walks into the treatment room. Embracing a holistic perspective, she is dedicated to guiding people on their path to connecting back to their bodies and ensuring that they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to make informed decisions about their health and well-being.

    Her approach is focused on the individual as a whole, providing an effective treatment tailored to meet the unique needs of each person.

    Jill is passionate about helping people. She believes that massage therapy is an excellent way to improve one's health and wellness while preventing future injury. She has a particular interest in the different ways stress can affect the body.

    Jill listens carefully to the concerns and specific preferences of her clients to help tailor her treatments to each individual. She incorporates a combination of relaxation and therapeutic massage into her treatments. Some of the techniques she utilizes include trigger point therapy, myofascial release, Swedish massage, craniosacral therapy, and stretching.

    In her spare time, Jill enjoys spending time with her family, swimming, roller skating, drawing, and embracing her creativity.

    Melanie graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT) in Victoria in 2023. After a career in animal rescue and emergency veterinary care, Melanie was looking for a change in profession into something less stressful and more in line with her lifestyle.

    Melanie has had involvement with numerous body conditions such as chronic pain, post-operative rehab, pregnancy, sports injury, mental health issues, and women’s health. She has a large interest in anxiety, stress, and depression that are so prevalent in today’s world. She helps reconnect the body and mind, allowing her patients to move with more comfort and ease in their day-to-day lives.

    Melanie’s techniques include general Swedish massage, trigger point release, myofascial release, and craniosacral therapy. Her treatments are built on a foundation of relaxation and therapeutic techniques that encourage mind-body integration and awareness. She enjoys holding a safe space for clients that will help lead to healing and body empowerment.

    Rose earned her diploma in massage therapy from Camosun College. She is committed to offering personalized care tailored to her clients’ health concerns and based on the latest best practices in massage therapy. With a solid background in anatomy and physiology, she incorporates evidence-based methods into her treatments. Each client receives individualized care for their specific needs, whether it's chronic pain, muscle tension, or a complex medical condition.

    Rose empowers her clients by providing knowledge and tools to manage their own health, fostering a collaborative relationship based on trust and open communication. She is dedicated to staying up-to-date with advancements in her field to deliver compassionate, research-informed care.

    Outside of work, Rose enjoys hiking with her two dogs, lifting weights, reading, and playing board games.
